Seven steps lead into the entrance hall which retains original feature arch and leads to the main staircase. The main hall also goes through to small landing area which leads to the rear entrance. From the entrance hall on the ground floor, a door leads to the spacious lounge.

A spacious Lounge with open log burning fire (original marble fire surround) and polished stripped pine floor. There is a high definition TV with freesat satellite, video, DVD, a CD/radio player and a selection of board games for winter evenings. To the front of the room there is a lovely bay window which lets the light flood in. There are also a further two window to the side of the room which give it a lovely open feel.
